GenieGarage Door Opener 25605R Chain Drive Inner Slide

Worked great. I was worried it may differ from the original part since my opener is a very old one made by Phillips and doesn't have screw holes. Fit perfectly though. The pic I have included may help you get a better idea of the size of the slot at the bottom where the corresponding flat retainer pin snaps into place. Also the screw and nuts prevented it from sliding back into the outer slider housing so I removed them. The original for mine didn't have them either.

This inner slide fit perfectly on my ancient Genie CH130, chain driven, door opener. There is no place in my rail assembly to use the bolts and nuts. This slide does not seem as robust as the 30 year old one, but seems to be working fine. Easy fix. Will update if any problems.

Stupid garage door would slip and not open all the way. Hubby took a look and said...it’s just this plastic part. So, I googled garage chain plastic thing and .....it brought me here!! I can now park in the garage again!! Thank you!! I’m thinking about buying more to put back just in case lol
