Excellent tea
This tea was very pleasant tasting and it did help me go to sleep and the cost is very reasonable.. what more could you ask for. I actually liked it better than a very popular well-known Camille herb 🌿 tea! So I think I'll stick with this and try some of the others, as the price is very economical for me to do.

Delicious
Just the right amount of mint and valerian root. Earthy. I was hoping for more of the other flavors as well but this is just fine. I find when I drink this tea instead of waking up around 11:30 p.m. I sleep until 2:30 or even 3:30 a.m. before waking for the first time. I cant really ask for more as I have sleep problems. And there are 25 bags in the box good deal!

This tea does not help me sleep. I use it because I have chronic shingles and it helps keep it calm.
