Helps with my ADHD and Anxiety
I have done a lot of my own research. As someone with ADHD and Anxiety this supplement combo was a very common recommendation from a lot of psychologists. My anxiety and panic attacks were really bad and it took me about 3 months of taking this consistently (I’ve had gastric bypass surgery so not super great at absorbing nutrients) and one day I woke up and all of the anxiety and panic attacks stopped. Am I saying it will cure you? No. But it is worth a shot if you’re struggling and don’t like the traditional meds route. I’ve noticed a difference when I stop taking it for a bit to when I’m consistently taking it. Again I’m not a doctor but I would definitely recommend trying it out!
