Can someone provide the dimensions of this tool when closed? I need it to fit into a tool pouch and the dimensions in the listing are confusing.

The dimensions of the tool are roughly 2"wide, 4"long, and about 3/4" thick.

Is this made in the USA?

Gerber does have many tools made in the USA, however you’ll find that their budget options (like the NXT) are made in China.

What is the difference between Gerber 22-01471 and Gerber 22-41471? Are the both made in China?

I believe they are both made in China and the only difference I can see is the 22-41471 is black. They both have all the same tools and attachments. I use mine (22-01471) on a daily basis and it is a great tool!

does the sheath have a belt loop or something to attach on a molly strap?

As answered, there are belt loops. Both vertical and horizontal. However, they seem to be on the thin side. My wilderness frequent flyer belt at 1 3/4" wide only fits the horizontal loops and even then, just barely. In that configuration, the tool is not easily put back in. Might need to stretch it out more.
