My kids (8/12) had some lessons and the pro recommended these grips, so I picked up 2 of them. I got the ladies' model as their hands are small, but I encourage them to grip the grips and practice their swinging. I think it's a great little training too.....

These were OK, but I'm doubtful a beginner wants to hassle with these... there are far better options for bettering your grip.

These were very helpful for teaching my wife the proper grip. Her ball control improved after a couple of swings. I put these grips on her 3metal and her 7 iron.
