Blunt spatula edge before using
For some reason the manufacturer made the edge of the spatula quite sharp. It caused some nasty scratches in my wok the first time I used it. Blunt the edge with a file.The only other complaint I have is that the handsome wooden handles make them impossible to clean in the dishwasher. Plastic would be more practical.They do let you stir-fry over a 14-inch wok and a high capacity burner without roasting your hands.

Great wok utensils
These came in well built and work really well. They look good and are easy to clean. Would recommend to anyone looking at getting good wok utensils.
