Great for stocks and delicious

Used these for risotto and couldn’t be happier with the result. Great if you can’t get fresh and need these in a pinch. The flavor was phenomenal.

Mushrooms are full of flavor after soaked in hot water. Soft with good flavor. 2nd time I have ordered. not disappointed.

Love being able to have these on hand in my pantry.

These are nice big pieces--no mushroom "sawdust" in the bag. Great porcini flavor but not quite as intense as some of the Italian brands. Still, a very good value.

great product but came in a very thin bubble envelope marked "Fragile" -- seriously inadequate -- it had obviously been crushed in transit. Half the mushrooms are tiny pieces and dust -- basically useless. Would a small box be too much to ask?

So the packaging says "wild porcini mushrooms." It doesn't mention they also contain worms?!!! I soaked the mushrooms and was about to cut them up to use in my pasta. I discovered a worm in the soaking water. Upon examining the mushrooms further, I found that most pieces had little holes in them. When I squeeze next to the holes, worms came out of those holes like blackheads. Gross!!!!
