What is it the thing for?

It is to keep shoes in good shape: literally. Stick it in the shoe when you’re not wearing it, and it keeps the form of the front of the shoes.

Will these stretch the toe in women Muk Luk boots? They are my size but made for really flat toes lol.

I would not expect these to stretch the toe. These are great for holding shape, but the springs are not super strong. I would get the wooden trees that you can crank to spread the toe.
