Its absolutely not worth the money. I purchased this during May and by July machine is already making loud screeching sound. Twice their technician came and open the machine to repair it but it still the same. Last visit by technician understood some part inside is broken and needs to be replaced. It almost two months now am waiting for the part to be shipped to Dubai. This is highly disappointing experience. I already requested them to replace the bike since faulty product was delivered and to that no response from them.

Not a very good product as they advertise. It is an average one. Its is not very solid while using it shakes if you are not on the seat so better not to be very excited when you are working out 🙂

Im a bigger user of this machine, I was so excited but when i see the bike it is small. should buy extra bike saddle seat as the bike seat is pain.

Overall the bike itself is not that bad but the issue is the seat and the padales are horrible

Though the assembly is supposed to be done by a technician, these people send a video. It’s simple enough. But, they shouldn’t lie in the product page.After using for 5 minutes a week for 3 weeks, peddle broke. I tried contacting customer care for 5 times. It just gets disconnected and no one ever calls you back.The seat is very unstable. If you peddle it with more than 6-8kmph, the entire cycle starts wobbling.They kept calling me for feedback. When I told them the issue, they simply said, “Ok. Thank you” as if I’ve given them a positive feedback.It’s better buying a sturdy cycle for half the price in local sports shops.

The bike is sturdy and good enough for at-home spinning sessions.Although I think that the handle of the cycle could be a little longer. I have done a lot of spinning sessions before in gym and I could feel that difference of handle. You tend to need different handle shape/ length for different spinning positions. For example if you are sitting and spinning fast you need comfortable handle to rest your elbows so that you can bend and spin fast. Or if the handles are designed with some continued curve on the upper side that would do the work too. Basically more surface area is needed to rest your arms.I have now got used to the small handles and have done multiple spinnings on it and everything is working good so far.

. Amazon delivered the cycle within 2 days or so. Packaging of the bike is nice, it's a rectangular box. Installed the bike myself, there's a guiding video on YouTube available. The bike is made in a way that installation is easy for anyone. The company also offered to send their technician to install the bike.
