This pillow really deserves 5 stars but I am giving it 1 star because all of the good things about the pillow are negated by the company's use of the most flimsiest, cheapest zipper known to man. Once you unzip the outer case to access the pillow itself so will never be able to zip up the outer pillow case again. The zipper on the tube that contained the pillow is more sturdy and stronger than the zipper on the outer case. Come on guys - you get a premium price for the pillow and rightly so but you can't spend a few pennies more and use a decent zipper.This is not acceptable.

Very comfortable pillow! One minor, but irritating issue! The zipper on the outer pillowcase works fine, but the zipper on the inner pillow case was difficult to unzip and has been impossible to re-zip. I hope with the help of another pair of hands I can get it zipped back up!!

I've had many pillows including a Tempurpedic. This pillow is truly heaven-sent. I have degenerative disc in my neck and terrible pain. After one night with this pillow my pain is gone. It is comfortable yet supportive. I can't say enough about it. I'm finally waking up pain free after years of pain. I'm so glad I found this! I would give this pillow 10 stars if I could!!!

As a person who'd normally get their pillows by randomly selecting one from a local walmart, i wish i just saved up for this pillow sooner. Ive had neck pain forever and this greatly reduces the aches i wake up with. One interesting quality about this pillow is that you definitely gotta fluff it before you sleep, it gets stuck in the shape it was in the night before while you were laying on it. As soon as you do that though, its back to its high, puffy, fresh-out-the-package state! Its certainly favored over my old poopy walmart pillows and my fiances very thin tempurpedic pillow. As far as i can tell, i plan to buy another as soon as this one wears out!

UPDATED: this pillow sleeps super hot, which is very unfortunate. I don’t wake up with neck pain but I do wake up with a sweat soaked neck. I mean, sweat is better than pain but not ideal for sleeping soundly.Maybe. My lord it’s comfy. And the freaking zipper is fine as long as you don’t manhandle it like a Neanderthal with 10 thumbs.I’m used to sleeping with several down pillows. I started having a lot of compression pain so I added a latex pillow into the mix but after a while it stopped providing enough support. This pillow is like the perfect compromise because it’s squishy and very supportive. It also does not appear as though it will cause ear pain. Worth the money.
