Rxment contacted me directly to resolve the issue I had with the lights being out of sync. It was a fairly simple fix:FADE 7 setting:Step 1, Make sure all part of the LED strips kit are connected right and powered.Step 2, Turn off (press the right top red button)Step 3, Press the "FADE7" button, it will flash once.Step 4, Turn on the LED strips again, press Red, Green, blue button one by one, it will change to its original color.If it is not the case, please try Step1 - 4 again until colors are in sync.Worked fine out of the box. Tried all the various settings, everything was good. Then I set my first DIY color. That seems to have screwed up the remote. The Blue buttons are now Red, the Red buttons are now Green, and the Green buttons are now Blue. All the color settings have shifted, so it's very confusing. Tried removing the battery from the remote, color settings still incorrect. Not sure what to do - maybe return? Maybe try ordering a new remote? I would have given a higher rating had this issue not happened.

A warning to anyone who buys this, most of the connectors that are sold on amazon are for led strips that are 10mm in width. No where on this page does it advertise that the width is 8mm for this strip. I foolishly purchased connectors without making sure they were compatible and now I have a bunch of 10mm connectors that I can't use. Even one of the products that advertises 3528/5050 compatibility discretely says they do not work for 8mm width led lights.That little issue aside, these do what they're supposed to do. They do react to other ir remotes which might be annoying to people who have multiple devices in a single room. The adhesive works well but I put some clear tape over parts to make sure they stuck to the walls.The brightness isn't too bad on these but don't expect purely white lighting from anything with individual RGB leds like this, if anything you'll just get a very light blue when you use the remote and choose the "w" option. I've had one section of the strip have its blue led's die out so far but that's all I've experienced so far with led's dying.If you plan on cutting up led strips and want them to go around curved areas of your home, DO NOT BUY THIS. Find another strip that is 10mm in length and you won't have issues with using connectors. If you're planning on just stringing this around your room like me, don't mind trying to find 8mm connectors, or just want to buy some cheap led's then check these out.

These are nice, bright lights. They have been outside for a month and have been thru heavy rain and are still working (the control parts are wrapped in grocery bags for protection.) I feel the description is a bit misleading by showing you the remote however--you can ONLY get red, green blue color (I have not been able to get white to work) and the mixes they have programmed--you can not get all the colors shown on the remote. I feel they should take the picture of the remote off of the ad since you don't get those colors. Apparently they have others strings that will get you some additional colors but the description on the site is not well done. If you want Orange, they tell me to get the 5050 set, which only comes in a 16 ft. length. Also the adhesive does not stick well outdoors, but don't think I expected it to. Ok for the price, but I'm still looking for that string that will get me lots of colors I can change for the various holidays!

Used in theater room for ambient lighting. The remote randomly interacts with codes from my other remotes! I change the volume on my a/v receiver, the lights come on and go super bright. This is unacceptable! I need the IR sensor exposed to be able to control them, but having them act all screwy because they respond to random IR codes is a major design flaw.

I bought these lights once and loved then! Each color was the same brightness when set to white on the controller. I didn't have enough to go completely around my room so I bought another set. After I got them all connected (yes I had an amplifier connected) I turned then on and I noticed the set I just ordered was a bit pinkish then the first set I purchest. After a comparison it turns out the green on the second set was dimmer than the first and that's why it made it look pinkish. Now I just got my 3rd set in and what do you know it's the exact same way! Very disappointed! I noticed that the 2nd and 3rd time I bought these lights they were around 20% off. Don't know if they were discounted because of this defect and were sold for cheep or what but the first time I bought these there was no discount and the first set works just fine. In the picture I took the lights on the left are the ones I bought the 1st time and the ones in the right are the ones I bought the 2nd and 3rd time

The media could not be loaded.      I bought these lights to go around my pool not only do they work they are absolutely stunning. They give off a good amount of light. The controller works great and is so easy to use. I love how I can change the colors from multi color to solid color in just a push of a button. I am going to get more of these lights for other projects around my home and yard. The value is great. I have seen lights like this go for more and are not as half as good as these are. I normally don't do product reivews but I was very impressed with these!!

These worked fine for approx one year, then some of the lights burned out or wouldn’t turn the correct color. Because of the 18 mo warranty, we got a replacement set no charge but it too only functioned properly for about a year. We’re done. No more of these lights for us from this supplier.

Non me l'aspettavo ma devo dire che sono stupende ...come rapporto qualità prezzo ci siamo ...l'intensità di luce e perfetta e ha molti colori...l'unica cosa state attenti a come le mette sono molto delicate non fate molta pressione rischiate di danneggiarle.

Jolie ruban led, mais comme toujours le" scotch" ne tiens pas super, on a été obliger de coller avec pistolet a colle chaude sur notre mezzanine en bois. Sinon il est sympa et de jolie couleurs.

Buona qualità ma nn fa luce bianca. Buono anche il prezzo. Adesivo scarso. Nn adatto a luoghi eleganti. Adatto a camerette ecc.

Assolutamente da evitare...nn fa niente di quello che dice...i singoli led si illuminano solo e SOLTANTO di un colore...componenti che neanche si assemblano tra loro...telecomando inutile...lo renderei immediatamente indietro se tra l'altro nn avessi dovuto tagliare la spina...mod.americano...x farlo funzionare. Amazon dovrebbe vergognarsi di mettere la funzione Prime su prodotti simili.
