EZSMART Anti-Chip Edge, when used in conjunction with EZSMART guide rail, provides for “Zero Clearance” on the “guide rail” side of the saw blade. Once installed and prepared, the EZSMART Anti-Chip Edge is then unique to the angle of the cut and the kerf of the saw blade used. You should prepare separate lengths of EZSMART Anti-Chip Edge for each of your different kerf blades or commonly made angled cuts, or when a blade change is made that creates a significant variation in the kerf.
