TEJATAN Double Curtain Rod Brackets - Silver (set of 4) - (Also known as - Double Drapery rod bracket set for Draperies/adjustable double curtain rod bracket)

Used to support very heavy curtains. The supports that come in the rod package just don’t cut it, even when using anchors. Pros are the price point , and sturdiness. Of note I didn’t use the supplied anchors and screws. I opted for longer screws in the stud and toggle bolts on the drywall. Sounds a bit extra , but I had a special situation going on with my wall and I was tired of living with sloppy curtains. I placed two supports side by side in the middle, and one on each end. Based upon what I’ve read , the design of this rod support is the best for heavy curtains and drapes. I have tugged on and opened the curtains , they have been pounced upon by my fur children, all without signs of fAiling. Now the cons: They stick out far from the wall which is a big deal if looking for blAckout, and the supplied “ finishing screws “ are not long enough to tighten the rod into place. For reference I used both a 1/2 inch rod , and a 1 1/4 inch rod.

I had new vertical blinds installed and I wanted to keep my sheer curtains, but due to the way the rod was I could not open and close properly because the rod extender was not long enough. When I purchased the set of TEJATAN Double Brackets everything fits and works perfectly now.

The TEJATAN Double Curtain Rod Bracket worked perfectly over a patio sliding glass door that had vertical blinds already attached. I was looking for brackets that would clear the width needed so I could hang sheers for privacy when the vertical blinds were pulled back, and also have drapery panels on either side in front of the sheers; these brackets did just fine with the two 1" rods I used. The brackets seem to be very well made - very sturdy.

These are perfect. Needed them to extend from the wall beyond the how far the vertical blinds I have project. These were ideal. Only downside is the decorative retainer screws that actually hold the curtain rod in place screw perfectly horizontal, meaning they hold the rod from lifting up and out, but don't stop if from sliding left to right.
