The 60mm concrete hole saw worked great.
This drilled through concrete siding, plywood drywall, the side of a 2 x 6, some thick cement that I didn't know was there and trough the decorative block inside at the pellet stove. It did it all easily!

Fantastic for the price
For homeowner use, this fit the bill. Went through a few sections of brick and some hollow block with no issues at all. For occasional use (and compared to the ridiculous costs at the local home improvement stores) you can't beat this kit for the price.

Stuurdy built.
Quality control could be a little better. The first one I received, the hole in the shank for the center drill was drilled off center, making the bit wobble. Therefore unusable. I returned the first set and ordered a replacement. That set wasok.

Works for about 1 minute, then....!
This saw kit works if.... the set screws for the pilot drill would tighten up and hold the pilot bit. I tried both the included nut screws and the Allen wrench screw and neither held, even against the flat side of the pilot bit. If you try to tighten the screws down they just start spinning and not holding the bit. I managed to drill a hole in masonry but each time the set screws would fly out of their threaded hole releasing the pilot drill bit. Then, after finally struggling through one masonry hole, I tried unscrewing the hole saw from the shaft/shank and... could not do so, whether still hot from use or after a cool down. No way to grip both the hole saw and shaft/shank with pliers or a wrench without harming the shaft/shank. W-D 40, etc. would not release the hole saw either. The hole saw is on super tight, I gather from the rotation in use. Without the pilot drill bit holding and the ability to change the hole saw sizes, this is going back to Amazon. A rare return. Too bad, because without these issues, I think this set might actually be decently usable.
