Very clever design, works well
Very nice tool, much like the original Craftsman but lighter and it has a jaw locking mechanism so you can hang it on a pegboard. Works very well in a tight spot.

I had a set of the original Craftsman RoboGrip pliers, the 7 inch and a bigger one, from Sears and they were such great tools, work on so many things around the house, from opening bottles to crimping wires to ... well, everything. One of my sons "disappeared" them and I've been missing them terribly. I tried ordering from Sears but that didn't work, so I was grateful to find this, got the smaller one pronto, will order the larger size soon.

Pliers
I had a pair of of plier that I had got from Sear a long time ago and I had lost them. I was so happy to find that he a had a pair and were brand new. I had ordered them and took no time to get them. I want to thank you very much. Made me happy.

A must have tool
I have both the small and large versions of this tool. I used to use a channel lock but no more. These are so easy to use since they self adjust. Easy to grab large bolts or pull out a small nail. Couldn't find my old one, so bought another at a lower price. Get one, you'll love it.

Craftsman made the best Robogrip... but no more. This one is close!
I owned a made-in-USA Craftsman Robogrip from Sears over twenty years ago. That was just before China joined the WTO and became the world's factory. Then I lost the Craftsman Roobogrip. I have never needed to use pliers too often. However, whenever I needed to use pliers, I always thought, "I wish I still have my Craftsman — it was so comfortable to use! I really need to find another exact one like it... if only I could remember what it was called!"I finally found out the pliers were called "Robogrip". I decided to buy a new pair to replace the one I had lost. Unfortunately, I also found out Craftsman had stopped making Robogrip many years ago. This one is a close or exact replica of the Craftsman classic. It is made in China, and the quality is not quite the same. I remember my old Craftman felt heavier and more substantial, but it has been over two decades since I held that one. Quality aside, it is the ingenious design that makes Robogrip a very comfortable, convenient and useful pliers.

Most Versatile Pliers
These pliers grip tightly with little pressure and hold an object securely.

Love
I've owned my own for years and have always love it. I recently had a friend come over to help with assistance in setting up my dryer and handed him my Robo Grip. He also loved it so much, that my recent purchase was a thank you gift to him
