Solgar is very high quality, as it not ony has a balance of the beta-carotenes, but also cryptoxanthin, zeaxanthin, lutein and more. Ok i've tried tanning pills in the passed with weak results. These are actually pretty effective. Definitely noticed a change in pigment and my skin in general feels better and healthier. I'll admit to doubling up a bit. Been taking 2 a day to sort of start and they are working. Hopefully with prolonged use they'll be a healthier way of tanning my skin. I burn too easy. So this would be a great alternative to spending too much time in the sun
