Thanks to King Arthur's quality product on Amazon, I was able to find this item that just isn't in your run-of-the-mill grocery store.Due to a vestibular illness, I must go "no ADDED sodium" and as a friend who ran a restaurant exclaimed, "That's REALLY HARD." But needs must, despite one cheesemonger who looked down his nose to say, "You wouldn't want cheese made without salt." It's not a want, it is a MUST.

Essential for my baking breads with low-gluten flours or with ingredients that interfere with gluten-strand formation, in particular, when I make struan using entirely whole wheat and lots of nuts, seeds, soaked grains and oil.

Easy to use and helps my bread rise better and look better. Just add a tablespoon or two. Your bread will rise higher.

Since I just got it and have not used it yet, I cannot rate quality. I may be underestimating the overall worth, but the cost seems to outweigh the quantity of the product. I guess I'll have a better guage when I've used it and compare prices with other sellers.

Very pleased with the whole wheat bread I make in my bread maker using this gluten.

I use a small amount 8n my bread dough.

It is a product I have used in the past and works well to get the best rise out of grain breads.

Lo uso para hacer pan cetogénico y va genial. Llegó a tiempo, bien empaquetado y el envoltorio es bueno. La única pega es el precio tan elevo que tiene para lo que es. Un paquete lo uso para hacer 2 panecillos de medio kilo y me salen carísmos con éste gluten. Por ahora no compraré más, probaré con otro más barato.
