Q: Is this made of 100% silicone without any fillers?

In fact, it is not a solid core. Item developed a tiny crack near the end that dripped a surpringly copious amount of a highly persistent tarry substance, like oil, but not soluble with ordinary detergents. Stained wood and clothing, had to be rubbed off hard surfaces. PCB's, perhaps? I'm afraid I ingested some. Company stonewalled two requests to explain what the substance was. Still pursuing an explanation.

Q: Where is this made (usa, china, etc...)?

The company is in France, items manufactured in China (like everything!)

Q: how long is the handle?

The whole spatula is approximately 10 3/4 inches. Handle approximately 7 inches
