I’m 35 weeks pregnant and have been taking this my entire pregnancy. I was looking for a pregnancy safe probiotic and this had a lot of great reviews. I haven’t had any side effects and it’s definitely helped to keep my gut healthy

I’m not positive that this works because I still feel bloated and gassy but also there is a good reason for that. I also feel less gassy than before I knew that I was expecting so maybe it does. What I do like is that this item came delivered cold. I even had forgotten to bring it in all night and it still remained cold by the morning. I would say this brand works better than the non refrigerated brand.

I have been using this for 8 months now. Superb.All blood/iron levels excellent upon each antenatal appointment. Tried 3 other brands but this one worked best for me in the end as it was the only one that stopped me from feeling nauseous all the time. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
