Q: Is Stayhold compatible with WeatherTech cargo liners?

No. The bottom is Velcro so needs carpet to stick.

Q: Does this damage the carpet in vehicle when moved often?

Yes. They stick like glue, which is what you want, but I have quit moving them unless absolutely necessary. Each time you pull them up, they fuzz up your carpet a little. After moving them several times, I can definitely see where they have damaged the carpet.

Q: I don't drive a racing car. Can I still use this?

I don’t have a racing car either but these are great for blocking items in the back from falling over. They only work on carpet.
