Was skeptical that these would be cooler. However, if there's a bright sun out it does help both protect and reduce heat - probably because your arms get a little wet and the wind evaporates it off. With the sun down or overcast they add a little heat, but its also overall cooler - so not a problem. Hand wash mine to reduce wear and tear.

This is one time, disposable arm sleeve only. really dirt cheap quality of cloth fibers. The threads hyper-stretched on the very first attempt to wear....don't waste your money on this! after use i just wiped the chain with it and threw them away.

I ordered these because they showed thumb holes in the pictures, but they come as just a tube, no hole for thumb at all

I love these! They offer a good compression and are so comfortable. The material is of good quality. I have long thin arms and they fit perfect! I throw them or when I have a short sleeve t shirt or tank top or on my way to the beach with the roof of my vehicle off! They are perfect and stay in place- especially with the finger holes! Highly recommend!
