I've been sleeping on this full time for about a month now. I bought it as I loved sleeping on futons in Japan, but when shopping for a futon found out all the chemicals that could go into one(and ofc western mattresses are no better in that regard unless you're able to pay top dollar). This is a little bit wider and a little bit thinner than a japanese futon. I'm a little bit worried that there might be some issues with needing to refluff it later on, but for now I'm happy and I'll come back to change my review if it doesn't hold up as well as I'd like.One Month Update: It's still comfy to sleep on... but I'm pretty sure a feather just fell out of it, and none of my pillows are down, so I am questioning whether or not the mattress is stuffed with pure kapok or a mix of things.Two Month Update: Seams are starting to burst, I'm having to get more and more creative with how to refluff the mattress. It still works, and it's still my preferred sleeping surface, but there's no way this thing will last, and it's just not worth paying over $100 for something that'll fall apart in under 6 months.8 Month Update: So the seams haven't failed like I was worrying they would, but the mattress is definitely worn down and thin. I'll have to say that it's beautiful, but definitely isn't high enough quality to last as a primary sleeping surface for even a full year and it's design makes it significantly harder to clean and refluff than a japanese futon, so I guess I'll be looking into other options to replace it.1 Year: Officially have to retire this as my main bed mattress, too lumpy and makes my back hurt. The idea of sleeping on a completely natural mattress was nice while it lasted, but it's impossible to deny that synthetic materials are much cheaper and more durable.

My one complaint: our mattress did not appear to be double stitched all seams as advertised.We had no powdery residue, was delivered well packaged in a box and intact plastic wrap. Smelled natural, like Kapok should I suppose. We shook it outside before bringing it in. 5 star comfort for the first few nights sleeping on it, but there were many loose threads in the fabric. Once clipped they seem fine and the fabric seems strong. Time will tell how it ages. We rolled it out on a rug and put a sheet on it. I have low-back problems and have turned to floor sleeping for relief, but desired a little cushion. This is perfect! It's softened up a bit the first few nights and both my boyfriend and I really like it.Beautiful colors on the Red and Blue! Love being being able to store the bed away and make space. As well as being able use it for gentle floor yoga and massage. If it lasts, it will be worth every penny!1 month update:The mattress has continued to soften up much to the pleasure of my hip bones (I'm a side sleeper) the rolls flatten out so it isnt so lumpy. We are really loving this bed now that we have allowed our bodies time to adjust.2 months: see photo! An end of one tube split! I cant find a way to contact the seller, but feel this should be covered by manufacturers defect! Very disappointed! Will continue to try to resolve with seller...

So this is better than expected.. I'm a big ole boy 6'2" 260 lbs big... this thing is huge for just me... it is amazingly comfortable and firm simultaneously. I have a Tesla and I like to nap in the back with the AC on at lunch time and BOOM this is my new Go To. Another cool thing is being able to fold down the remaining portion for a pillow that is super adjustable. The rolls just make it easy. I have sciatica and can roll up a mid knee portion for support if that's bugging me. Cool product. Cant speak as to durability yet but so far very impressed!

I purchased this thai mattress just about 3 months before and with very normal usage (no hard use by any means) am noticing the sides of the mattress tearing apart and kapok spilling all over. Attached photos as well for reference.Reached out to Amazon first and unfortunately crossed my return period and so they suggested to reach out to Leewade (seller). Leewade then responded to return to Amazon which was already turned down.So please be advised !Update:Leewade was able to fully refund the amount.

Giving 4 star review due to quality! Lots of defects and loose strings. Luckily I know how to sew and can fix a lot if the issues myself but I still am not happy to the fact that I have to! We ordered two. The blue one seems to be must better quality but a lot of loose strings. The brown one had a few defects in the patterns.Confort wise, the are tough and do not form to the body MUCH. I still think a side sleeper would do ok. Definitely a back or front sleeper.Also... Shiba approved! 🤣All this said...I may buy one more for camping. I appreciate the fact that it is all natural no chemicals and easy to repair.

I made this cozy meditation corner in my house. I have an XL mat and this little roll up mat, bolster, neck pillow and a meditation cushion. You name it I have it! I absolutely love the Leewadee Thai Yoga mats and accessories. They are very useful when I wind down at night or get going in the morning. So much fun. It is high quality and authentic. I bacame aware of this product after watching a Vlog on YouTube. I had switched to a pillow top mattress and kept waking up with back pain to the point that it took a while to stand upright. I read many reviews, and my bigest issue was choosing a color. The product was received on time and in proper packaging, no damage or loose threads were discovered, and there was no dust as were mentioned by some. The product is well constructed and to date I have had no issues. I especially love that it is filled with a natural fiber without the smell of chemicals. I have used this product every day since it was received and really enjoy it. What I really wanted to express is that I no longer awake with back pain and really don't know when the pain ceased. I forgot that I used to experience back pain upon waking up. I appreciated that no one reached out to me for a review, it is solely my decision if I choose to.

This has been a life-changing product for me. I have for some time been suffering from back and hip pain. One night on this mattress and the back pain was gone - it hasn’t returned - and my other symptoms are slowly improving too. I can’t recommend it enough. Earlier than expected delivery too. Now all I need to do is find a way in these COVID times to get rid of the king size mattress that has obviously been playing a role in my problem!

I have a severely damaged spine and joints, and can't sleep on normal mattresses, even expensive ones. I tried a thick yoga mat, and my spine was fine, while my joints were not. This mattress is perfect.If it keeps it shape, the seller has a lifelong customer.

'Standard' mattresses cause me back pain, due to lack of proper support. I've tried a few different floor mattresses, but my budget is always too small to be able to splash out on more specialist options... and most of them felt like little more than a duvet on the floor. They helped my back, sure, but the hardness of feeling the floor caused me joint pain instead!I decided to try this one. It has a decent amount of padding (which protects my joints), whilst also being floor-firm (which helps my back). You can't really feel the ridged texture of this mattress whilst you're lying on it, and I have slept so comfortably since I bought it that I think I'll likely continue to use kapok mattresses for life. I love that you can roll it up during the day (with your bedding in - the strap is plenty long enough!) to create more floor space in your home, and to air the carpet. The unique shape of this mattress leaves plenty of space for air flow beneath it, which is really helpful... I've been using it every night for 2 months so far, and though it is flattened a bit where I lie on it, all the stuffing is still in place and shows no sign of disappearing like some other options might. I'm almost 17 stone, so stuffing staying put is impressive.Side note: it arrived smelling REALLY STRONGLY of musty dampness, quite mould-like, so strong that it filled my entire home. I sprayed it with antibac spray to be safe, then left it in direct sunlight for an entire day on each side, which eliminated the odour. It's been perfect since.

I ordered two of these. One fell apart in a week, the other after a month. The company replied to me once when I brought up the issue and have failed to reply to my messages since. Do not be fooled. This product is cheaply stitched together. They ought to reinforce the entire side and double stitch at the very least. Super disappointed because I spent $600 on these.

I choose this as a guest bed for myself whilst visiting relatives over the festive period. When I first opened it I was concerned at how firm and rigid it felt. However, when I put my sleeping bag onto it and laid down my fears were allayed. It was really supportive in the right places and I had a really comfortable night's sleep. I would recommend it for this use.
