These rubber bracelets are almost perfect. There's nothing to snag clothing or bedding, so I can wear it 24/7. It can get sweaty when I work out or wet when I swim. The message is hidden for privacy, but clearly readable when you take the bracelet off or flip it inside out. It seems fairly noticeable, like it would do its job in an emergency. It's also a great reminder to myself not to offer that arm for a blood draw or BP reading.But the medical alert symbol wears off. I've had them 6 months, and I'm on my 3rd bracelet of the 5. On the first two, the symbol rubbed off to the point that I worried it wouldn't be recognizable as a medical alert. The words inside are inlaid, so they will last a VERY long time, but the medical alert symbol on the outside is just printed on and rubs off with normal use, sadly.Wish they used an inlay on the outside symbol as well. Otherwise a few months from now I'll have to decide if I buy more of these, because they're cheap and almost perfect, or look for a different solution.

I purchased these for myself and my mom and they work perfect. I have a metal bracelet, but had to remove it during surgery. I was allowed to keep this plastic bracelet on throughout my hospital stay, which made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend these. They start out a bit snug, but loosen to a comfortable width. I mention this since I'm not someone who wears or tolerates jewelry for any length of time.

Love the comfort, love the color. Pink appropriate for lymphedema and recognized by the medical folks who work on me. The words inside the band are sharp and clear but the medic alert symbol on the outside wore off on two weeks unlike a different bracelet for diabetes I got somewhere else. Whatever printing they use on the inside works. Whatever they use on the medic alert Sunil on the outside doesn't.

I had an expensive silver one that fell apart wearing it all the time. These give me color choices and I have Lymphedema in both arms so when I go out I wear one on each arm (just in case)... Most of the time no one paid attention to the bracelet where I had to point out in ER and Dr's offices. Hospital put one limb alert bracelet on me though I said it is both arms and as usual they would try to use the one arm that has a few nodes left which has the Lymphedema worse then the arm with no nodes left... This gives me a little comfort in case I am ever unconscious hopefully they will notice the warning on both arms...

These wrist lets are so helpful when going to a doctor's office or hospital. The colors help catch the attention to the problem. I can wear a bracelet and no one notices or pays attention. These are helpful and very glad to have them.
