I was not familiar with burdock root before being offered this supplement to review so I researched it to understand its properties and benefits.Burdock has large heart-shaped leaves and produces purple flowers in the spring and autumn. If you suffer from virus infections then this product helps. It also contains quercetin, which has been found to aid the body's immune system along with D3, NAC, Zinc, Selenium, Vit C to name but a few. I take this product during flu season and it works. I have a sinus problem and I used to be highly susceptible to colds and flu. By adding burdock to my supplements I have survived a year without any major issue. This is a super supplement and one that is worthy of more research. Recommended.

I've supplemented with a complex containing burdock root powder previously as it's a very good antioxidants and anti-inflammatory so I'm already confident in supplementing with this due to previous use based on previously extensive research - if you're not sure if this is right for you or not then do your research properly elsewhere or consult a professional.If you're already confident about the benefits of burdock root in a high concentration, the fact it won't interfere with any other supplements or issues then these are a brilliant very high-strength option and for 90 capsules at one-a-day meaning these should last around three months the value is pretty good so would recommend.

Healing powder of greyish-green colour with natural herbal odour in gelatine capsules. After taking the medicine I felt well, there were no side reactions. This natural remedy helps cleanse the liver and kidneys of toxins and is good for the central nervous system.

I am really happy with this product. As a vegan I am impressed that this is clearly marked as a vegan product. They have went that extra mile by using vegetarian capsules instead of cheaper, nasty gelatin capsules. You are getting 90 capsules in this container and if you stick to the one at the dose then this will last you around three months. The capsules are easy enough to swallow. At over £15 the reasonable value for money and certainly a price I’m more than happy to pay considering the quality of the ingredients and the vegetarian shell.
