Kids do-it-yourself kit to build a stomp-it rocket
Little Passports Create Your Own Rocket. A complete kit to build a Rocket with an instruction booklet that teaches primary Rocket systems. This kit includes a primary rocket that is easy to assemble. It also includes a full-color magazine written in a comic book format. My grandson loves this style of writing! The kit includes all the materials needed to build a rocket. It uses simple materials, cardboard, tape, zip ties. You can build your rocket with or without wings. The launch pad is easy to set up, all you need is foot power to shoot the rocket in the air. You can try different angles to get different flight patterns. My three boys (ages 5, 7, 8) and I completed the kit together. The manufacturer says that it is geared toward kids aged 5-8. Our 8-year old was able to read and follow the instructions. The 5 and 7-year olds were able to assist and follow along with my input.I believe the kit is perfect for an 8-year old who likes solving puzzles, but for anyone younger, they would need assistance. As a a homeschool mom, I really appreciate the included booklet that gives the science behind rockets. Very informative and written in a manner my kids enjoy.Great kit, but a little pricey. I even went to their website to see if they were cheaper. With a monthly subscription, you can save a few dollars. Buying through Amazon, you can choose to purchase just one kit and it’s the same price as their own website.

Amazing rocket project
This seems like one of those subscription type boxes that comes with a few craft projects to do. This comes with the primary rocket system that is extremely easy to assemble, even for a toddler who gets to make it again and again. It also has a sort of comic book, plus a star dome, some trading card items, plus a few stickers. We haven't made the star dome yet, but the rocket is pretty amazing and kept us busy playing with it for over an hour. It does come apart pretty easily when the 1 year old tries to join in, but I'd almost say that helps keep the 4 year old busy. The zip ties and tape are used to keep the pieces in place. There's some tape that we didn't over-use and might need to reapply to keep the tube in place. There are two different notches on the launch pad to allow for different angles - the zip tie on the lift off pad isn't perfect so it really depend on what angle you're getting there. The flexible tubing had one tiny kink to work out a bit but overall it works fine. Then the kid stomps on the air pad and watch it take off! We used wings on one rocket and no wings on the other rocket, and you can see the different results. Overall, very cool...maybe a little pricier than I'd prefer, but still a fun fun project and I'd say the price is fairly reasonable.

Fun DIY Project
This is a fun DIY project suitable for kiddos from 5yrs and up – and a great way to give them a break from all the pandemic screen time we’ve all had! The kit comes with all you need to build the rocket, including an instruction booklet and a comic book styled magazine with fun activities and educational information. The rocket is a stomp rocket and you can use it over-and-over like the stomp rockets you can buy in toy stores. Little Passports is a subscription based company that creates products designed to engage and inspire kids with a hands on approach to fun. You don’t have to subscribe for this Amazon purchase, but it’s a great way to get introduced to the LP product line. A subscription to this company would make a great gift idea for a grandparent or friend to give as you can easily shop by age, price and activity type.

7 year old enjoyed it!
This was a great solo project for a 7 year old. He enjoyed assembling it and playing with it on his own. He was able to follow the instructions all by himself and played with it for a good hour or so. It's fairly durable but isn't going to last forever. Good solo project for kids!
