1)It engraves lightly but not so deeper but it is good2)Head part and handle part are disconnecting very often only when the batteries are inserted,30 times per every 1 minute,if batteries not inserted both are connecting.Head part can't hold the handle properly. I am crying of this reason for buying this product.3) Product is same as shown

It works on steel glass or similar things.about wood carving ,not so good.but ok for trying new thing. required 2 pencil cell.
