Roland Foods Chuka Soba Noodles, 6 Ounce Package, Pack of 8

I used these to make a basic sesame noodle recipe and they were perfect for the recipe Inwas using. They were pretty much exactly what I was looking for and expecting. They are a small thin noodle that cooks up quickly and they hold their texture well. They cook in boiling water in 3 minutes, didn't stick together, have a nice texture that easy enough to cut with a fork, doesn't fall apart and isn't too tough and chewy. I didn't use them in a soup so I don't how well they would hold up in a broth over time. I think they will be fine for the other recipes I would try with them as well I think they would work in a stir fry also.

I've bought several different brands of noodles from Amazon, and they were all pretty good, but these have the best flavor, and texture so far.

I thought the price seemed kind of high for one 6-oz. package, but it turns out this comes with eight packages, so the price is definitely worth it after all. And it's a good product.

Its a pretty good noodle in soups, tastes fine. Getting them apart is another thing.They come in 2 layers with 2 to a layer. The 2 are sometimes stuck together and it’s a bit of a mess to break them apart.Noodles flying everywhere! I wish they would have cut them in the factory so it would be a little easier.Other then that, its very reasonably priced compared to the noodles i used to get here.I will be ordering more for my soups.

Love the product but got only one package when we should have gotten 6! Hoping it returns to my local grocery store shelves,

Noodles are great but Amazon has started shipping them in a bag so they arrive all broken up. 🙄

Packages stack nicely. Each package is enough for two normal servings. I use mine for making Yakisoba, boil a couple minutes, toss in a Wok or frying pan with your cooked vegetables, meat and Yokisoba sauce Yummmmm.A year later and the price has gone from twenty dollars to thirty four. Won't buy for that.

Tried this brand in place of my regular go-to WxxPxx or other asian brands. This is relatively poor. Even with wanting to keep chew texture and careful handling and low boil, the strands completely break apart making everything a mealy mess. At first i thought it was due to transport issues causing broken strands but not true. I simply find the product cant hold its shape no matter how much attention one pays to it.
