Crome is fading with in 3 months of use
Crome is fading , very bad quality installed in January and not sure it is original or fake. How do I complain?

Intuitive to use
An aged bar shower had become difficult (stiff temperature control) for the user. A replacement thermostat was the same price as this lever tap. This suggestion was an alternative. The user loves it! Super easy to use. In a small shower cubicle you could possibly knock against it, but the worst that would happen would turning off the water flow. The only reason for not awarding 5 stars is no thermostat - I knew this when purchased but it would have been perfect if included.

Problem Solved
We had a number of thermostat cartridges which have all failed or given problems after a few months of use. My wife has arthritis and found it difficult to turn the round knob on and off - this lever-controlled mixer for our pumped shower works brilliantly and has overcome all of our problems. It was simple to fit and the installation took less than 10 minutes even for a 75-year-old pensioner. We are very pleased =

Great solid tap for the price
Warmth and sheerness are inappropriate measures to rate a tap on they make no sense.someone needs to sort this out.The tap is solid in construction and is great value for money. It doesn’t have a thermostat setting but as a result is much more reliable. It looks more expensive than the expensive one it replaces which broke after just a few uses.

Quality
Solid, nice looking, easy to install (in replacement of an existing shower valve). The reason we got it was so that our children could easily adjust the flow and temperature of the shower - for this is it perfect, being very light and smooth to adjust.

Good product let down by lack of thought
Looks nice but you have to buy a backplate / mounting plate to install the fitting properly which cost £20 more from plumbing supplies. Also, showerhead holder is not adjustable and the angle is not really suitable for having a shower under unless you keep the flow down, otherwise you soak the whole bathroom.
