When You Need To Go " All THOR " on something but not scar it up
This Trusty-Cook beast is like the rest of their hammer's, solid and with a nice grip. Made in the USA and well built. Never had a Trusty-Cook fail in any way. There is a reason there are no negative reviews... quality.

CONFIRMED!!! MADE IN THE USA!!!!
Not too heavy. Not too light. Easy to either gently tap or swing with some force. QUALITY MADE IN THE USA!!!!!...Sure, I could have spent less buying a Chinese knock-off but, this will last until retirement in 10 years and after, I can pass it on! Besides, Chinese government sucks.

Truly non-marring, with enough umph
I had an Estwing engineer's hammer that saw some use for home and vehicle projects, but I was installing a new powdercoated bumper and wanted to make sure that I couldn't slip and accidentally chip the finish, even with a thick towel over it. This hammer is heavy enough to do the job, and won't leave a mark on finishes you'd prefer to stay intact. Hopefully will last for many more years of use!
