Tasty, but I stopped eating them
These are very tasty nuts. I stopped eating them after reading I should not eat more than 4 per week for health reasons. These nuts are literally to die for according to research. I was eating them by the handful daily before finding the dangers of overdosing on them.Note: I still would recommend this company's product by the seller for freshness, quality, taste, and value.Disclaimer: I am not attempting to give medical advice. I bought a 5 pound bag which is quite a lot. I freeze it and only take out enough for one week, therefore they are always fresh. As recommended I eat about 3 nuts a day. The benefits are amazing. Can We Trust Amazon to Correctly Store Food Products Sold to Us & Not be Charged if They Don't?
We just received and opened the 15oz. bag of SUNBEST Natural Brazil Nuts we ordered through Amazon and are so very disappointed! Even though the Best By Date of 11/2024 is one year away, they are horribly rancid! The stench is akin to old, rancid lard. My brave husband actually taste tested one and immediately had to spit it out! SUNBEST states that their Vegan Snacks are always fresh. I do not know how or where Amazon stores the Brazil Nut products they resell to us, but I do know that Brazil Nuts should be stored in a cool, dry place. Bottom line is, to no fault of our own, Amazon stated WE WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED for this bad product!!! This is so wrong of them!

These nuts are in good condition not pieces. They are packed full of flavor. I will be ordering this brand from now on.
