Q: Are these pretty stretchy?

They aren't super stretchy. However, after wearing my twice they are now baggy on me even with a belt on. The size I got fit me, but even when I first put them on there was movement in the waist as I walked. The reason for the belt. I have now ordered a smaller size because i prefer my jeans not to fall off of me when I walk, or bend over with a belt on. I would say it all depends on your body type. If you have big hips and thick legs, then go with your size. If you don't, then I would try a size smaller than what you actually wear. I have a bubble butt, and I thought that would be a factor. It isn't.

They sit below my belly button and I'm 5'4. I got 25w 32L and they are the best fitting jeans I own They r very comfortable and for the price,not cheap!, I am very satisfied. Biggest advice is measure your waist below ur belly button and get that size or close too it!

After the 1st wash

Absolutely loved these jeans. Style fit and colour but after the 1st wash I now have a twist in the leg causing the seam to sit down the front of my leg.
