Not working and even not yet possible to return. A failed product

La fuente y su diseño de buda está genial y el sonido del agua cayendo me encantó, le pongo cuatro estrellas porque se rompió una esquina muy pequeña de la fuente durante el viaje, pero eso no se nota y no la afecta en nada.

Stopped working after 2 uses and has USA plug, not an issue but not working is an issue. Will be applying for a refund.

Love it!!! I bought it for my cat, as a drinking fountain. I was looking for a silent fountain, because it's in my kitchen! And i was going crazy with the noise from the old one. So The other quiet fountains i found were really pricey. I'm really happy i bought this one instead! My cat loves it, and i think it's beautiful too. The fountain was making a slight runing water noise, but a put a rock in one of the flowers, so the noise is gone! Simple, not too much parts,not the fanciest materials, but the flower are in metal, and it's enough for me.

The water fountain was bit cheap looking but was ok as it worked well with the bamboo backdrop. It was a bit annoying that it cam with an international plug (US or UK not really sure)and i had to go get an Australian adaptor to use it. However , the worst was yet to come. the pump lasted two days before it stopped working. Now i have a showpiece. This is a really poor quality product
