Yes genuine but they probably only distribute to certain places now. You could call Chi and ask. I'm still buying it and using it. I will be sad the day I can no longer buy it. I try to buy any purple packaged CHI products.

I've used this product for years and it was recommended by my hairdresser for my thin, fine hair. She colors my hair every 5 weeks. My color has always held up fine.

Best volume shampoo I've ever used.

I love this shampoo. I'm not good at analyzing products but I can say this: Chi Volume makes me happy and when a woman is hair-happy she tells everyone her shampoo rules. Chi Volume rules!

So small.. travel size.

The amount of shampoo in this bottle won't even do my whole hair. Pictures were misleading. Guess I should have looked into the volume to see how much I was getting. Very disappointed. Price does not seem worth a travel size bottle.
