The case is metal, I like that. Its 14-in-1 hub and sounds promising, but unfortunately I'm returning it since it didn't work properly. I planed to connect a monitor, keyboard, and mouse to my new asus g14 through it. Maybe even dual monitors since it has two hdmi ports and vga. It works but lags too much. I can see the desktop on monitors. I successfully connected two monitors. My Dell 22" and 65" flat screen. Youtube videos don't work when I maximize window or put it in full screen. The mouse also when connected through the USB port is slow and lags every few seconds. Seems like the quality of the cable is the issue causing the signal drops. Also I plugged my 65w charger to the pd port and that almost burned me, as the device got really hot after 10-20 mins. That scared I dont want to use it anymore. I got it to work with my samsung phone, using the dex desktop, but still I wouldn't recommend this for use with the phone or tablet. Get something smaller cheaper and from a good brand. But this works as a wireless charger which is just funny.Edit: the seller reached out to me and tried to fix the problem they offered a replacement. They said that I got a faulty adapter. I appreciate the seller trying to fix the problem but I had already bought another adapter from local mall. I'm giving extra two stars for seller.

cannot use all 5 usb port at once... when I put all five... none of them will be read... I suspect less power.
