I am taking a nutrition class in college. The book recommends adults to drink around 100 ounces of water daily. That’s about eight cups daily. This insulated water container makes it easy to figure out. I just drink two of these containers daily and you will have exceeded the minimum requirement by about 20 ounces. Drink one container and then fill it up again about 75 to 80% and you will have your 100 ounces. The only downside is that you will not be able to find any sort of holder that will fit in your car unless perhaps you have a large truck with an extra large hole for drinks.

I love this cup I just wish I could buy a replacement lid after this happened in the picture.

Great jug but it’s pretty heavy when full and the thin metal handle digs into hand. If handle was thicker, even rounded it would be easier to hold. Definitely going to keep, may just wrap handle with cord.

I get ice every morning when I arrive at work at 6am. The next morning I will still have ice in my cup. Around 1/4 left the temperature in the day gets to 85f.

It holds so much soda, doesn't sweat, keeps ice cold all day long, and has a handle. Now I just need to buy a cup holder adapter for my car! Don't get me wrong, it sits an inch deep into it, but I know there are adapters to add more stability for this mug.
