I was surprised at how good this item is at supporting your hips and legs during sleep. It was easy to use and fits the shape of your body well. Great value for money.

Game changer!
This pillow has really helped me with pain in my spine and my sciatic nerve. I'm getter much better quality sleep. I'm not waking up sore in the night and struggling to get out of bed. This item has made a huge difference to me. I'd give it a five star if it had a spare cover!

Smaller than expected but firm
Very good pillow. It is smaller than expected and I just wanted it to have some sort of leg string so I don't push it while turning around - so maybe the design just needs a bit more thought. It is very firm and reliefs the pressure.
