Shipping was faster than expected but every bar and surface is all scratched and dinged up and some of the welded pieces are coming apart. Would not recommend. Very disappointed in the quality of this bunk bed.

I purchased this before there were any reviews on Amazon. Since then a few others have posted reviews and I can say I have the exact same issues. The pictures I shared are only a few of the dinks and dents and total bending of the bed. I would say every piece is probably damaged in one shape or another. While none of that impacted the structure of the bed but it is still frustrating that I spent 300.00+ on this bed and it isn't in near perfect condition.The bed isn't hard to assemble but the instructions are terrible. Also, I wasn't provided the proper hardware they gave 20 extra of one screw which is slightly longer than the one I needed, and couldn't properly install the shelves without damaging the wood material. Speaking of hardware it came mixed together in a plastic bag unlabeled...That was fun. Again, not hard to separate but annoying.This would be a great bed if not for all the issues listed. Buy at your own risk!

We got it up the same day we received it, and my daughter does like it, though it was not worth the price that they asked for it at all. We did have a lot of trouble setting it up, because the instructions were quite plain and a little hard to tell what they wanted you to do without looking back at the original picture on Amazon. We unfortunately had to take apart and redo quite a few pieces. Biggest problem we had was a lot of the poles were bent, and some were starting to lose paint, as well as marked up right out of the packaging. We didn’t really want to deal with the hassle so we just went ahead, and bent them back the best we could. After it was finished we were pretty decently happy with the product. I was happy that the shipping was so fast. Better instructions in the future would probably be better, and maybe pack it better so it doesn’t become bent and marked up.

There were no reviews from this seller before I purchased this item. Guess I should've known. Shipping was fast which was nice. But when the box was opened, the pieces inside were not packaged up very well or at all (some were loose). They had no protection from getting scratched or dented. Almost every piece had some kind of defect...was bent, scratched, or dinged in some way. Some of the pieces were labeled and some weren't which made following the "instructions" on how to put it together a bit challenging. It took us about 5 hours to put it together. The only saving grace was the color of this item made all the scratches and dents not as noticeable as they would've been if the item had been colored black or white. The bed serves it's purpose and my daughter is mostly happy with it. But I would caution anyone from purchasing from this seller as they don't adequately package & protect their items for shipping.

Pieces are broke, its a only pictures assembly manual etc. Worst purchase ever! I have many photos. Makes me think this is a used bed. For spending almost $300 I knew I shoukd have got my purchase at walmart.

Just like all the other reviews, the packaging SUCKS! Almost every part had damage to it. Also, the paint does not look like the photo and is not a very good finish. The product was easy to assemble, but they can't deliver it to you in good condition. Would be a good product if they got their act together on these two issues.

It’s so good it makes so much more space in my room but it was all scratched up

the product is nice, but when i open the box and start assemblingthe chrome finished are flaking and strat to come off, seems that this item was in stock for very long time or it was a return and was ship to me when i purchased it, metal railings and weld are also came apart, sellers lack of quality of inspection in assuring that the item is in good shape (element of the each part of the bed, color/chrome etc) before sending or shipping to consumer.
