I’ve only been using this for a month or so. It’s easy to keep my stuff organized and it is nice looking. So far no complaints!

scratchy straps and fell apart
its a bit scratchy around the straps so when it comes off and on if I am wearing a tank top it feels rough. But it was inexpensive, fits all my stuff and has been great as far as keeping the kids water bottles in and packing for a day at the beach or park. Update: after just over a year of use it is falling apart. The water bottle area mesh is ripping and the plastic piece the straps goes through where you adjust the straps cracked. Now I have to rush out and get a new backpack asap. I know I shouldn't expect too much for the price, but I didn't even use it daily. I would say pay a little more and get something better.
