I love this pre-workout. It gives me so much energy makes me feel good and also feels like it cleanses my tummy.

Love this product. I came back to this after a very long hiatus to other products. I miss the SP250 but this is really good. I used this back when they discontinued the 250 and was sadly disappointed that it was pretty much garbage. They must have adjusted the formula because the pumps I get from this are really intense. There are better values for the money out there but this is a good buy for the average strength athlete.

Edit: 🚩🚩 Maliciously hidden prop 65 cancer warning on the back. Label is supposed to state specifically what chemical is in this that causes cancer but they don’t even have that. Theirs is almost the same color as the rest of the label, hoping you’d miss this vital warning and consume this lil container of cancer for fun. Reading further, Gaspari Nutrition is not in compliance with the 2018 update to prop 65.. so what other out of date safety standards are they going by? I contacted them directly with these concerns but they do not want to specify what chemical is in this that could cause me (or you, the one reading this) to have cancer in about 30 years. HUUGE RED FLAG! 🚩🚩🚩Anywho, back to your regularly scheduled review:I’ve tried other higher stim pre-workouts but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had.Can’t get a solid workout in when taking this. Consuming less than half a serving I end up having to go to the bathroom every 8-10 minutes. Sitting in the bathroom at the gym writing this, what a waste of my day (and money) this was.

It gives you a boost at the gym but the aftermath of using it is what the problem is, it makes me constipated and messes up my bile movement. Overall, it's a good pre-work that will get you going, but it will mess up your stomach.
