Backpack is exactly as described. The all around most perfect diaper backpack and is so versatile! I’m so glad I purchased this, and can’t wait to use it with confidence esp knowing there’s a lifetime guarantee!! About to purchase the stroller organizer as well~**UPDATE: Been using this diaper backpack for over a year now and I have NO complaints. It has been through the gutter and back. In between that time, the top strap handle ripped and I contacted the owners and without hesitation, they immediately shipped me a brand new backpack! Amazing customer service, but an even more amazing backpack. Even though I don’t use all the pockets for what there intended for, I’m glad it’s there because it keeps all your baby stuff separate and organized. I always know where everything is, which keeps me calm and collected when i need to find something. The magnetic slit on the wipe holder pocket is convenient, but you can only put the wipes that have a sticker top (ex: water wipes), and if you don’t use it often, it’ll dry out. So I just keep a pack of honest wipes with the actual closing lid in there and take the whole thing out when I need to use the wipes. It’s still convenient since it’s a separate pocket just for the wipes and I don’t need to open the main part. Anyone who is contemplating, and if you like to stay organized and carry lots of stuff like me, get this backpack! Not only is it stylish, but also gender neutral in my opinion, my husband doesn’t mind carrying it anywhere we go. The functionality of it just makes it so easy to know where all your stuff is and it’s nice knowing all my items each have a “home” so it doesn’t get lost. Super easy to clean, and wipe off any messes and extremely durable, it can hold ALOT of weight, trust me I have PACKED it going on a flight. It was literally able to hold all of my babies belongings for the trip, not clothes, but all snacks, bottles, blanket, wipes, diapers, bibs, books, toiletries, etc. All in all, this backpack has not let me down and would recommend it to anyone who needs it!!

I love this backpack! It’s stylish, well made, and super functional. I ordered it in black and am so happy I did as the gold details look great with it. I really wanted a diaper bag that didn't scream baby and something that I or my husband would feel confidant using. I am super type A when it comes to organization, especially when dealing with my baby. I love that this has soooooo many convenient pockets, compartments, and features where I can tailor it to my needs and overall make my life easier on the go. Most diaper bags I was researching only had one main large compartment so I love that this allows me to have a place for everything and I don't have to dig around for something when I need it. I am impressed with how light and comfortable this backpack is with everything I lug around in it (and I have a TON of stuff in my bag). It is also very low maintenance as all of the materials used can be easily wiped down, I just grab a baby wipe from the side pocket and spot clean as needed. I would highly recommend this diaper bag.

I’m so disappointment in this product and even more at customer service. I purchased this item less than a year ago. I really liked this item but upon using it a few months later, the handle completely broke and began unraveling. The zippers are now broken also. I’ve tried to contact the company in hopes of getting this resolved and no response so far. And it’s been weeks. How disappointing is this. I really wanted to like this item and it’s become a complete waste of money

Unfortunately this diaper bag was not very durable. Within the first couple weeks the top strap ripped off. I did write the company and they sent me a replacement, but after 3 years it has not held up well. The straps are ripped off and the zipper is ripped now too.This bag actually has too many pockets - I lose things in it all the time. I like the full fold down open part of the first compartment, but that compartment isnt very deep -doesnt work well for cloth diapers. I end up mostly using the middle compartment which I can't see into. I wish the outside side pocket was a water bottle pocket since I don't have anywhere to store my water bottle. The wipes pocket on the side is cool but wipes do dry out after long periods of time.

This may be the one for me. I've tried Jujube and Skip Hop- but none of them felt right. The bag was either too heavy on its own, or I looked like a turtle carrying it.This backpack is stunning, feels comfortable on my shoulders fully packed (and I pack it to the brim!), and the storage is awesome. It comes with its own dust bag, with a lovely letter from the company.I got rid of all the little pouches I used to put my small items in- lightening my load, and freeing up space. The wipes pocket is genius! No more digging in my bag with the quick easy access at the side. Love the detachable wet bag- great for dirty utensils and bibs, or the occasional blowout. The only gripe I have is the side bottle pocket is on the small side- I am only able to fit a 350ml Skip Hop Zoo Straw bottle height-wise.I did, however, find a defect on the bag, which I communicated to the team. Joe, the founder quickly resolved the issue for me in hours. Hands down, the BEST customer service I have ever had the pleasure to receive. A great family-run business that absolutely has my full support!
