For potty training independent children
Perfect for my independent 3 yr old. Strudy enough for his 37lbs. He places it and puts it way on his own.

Messy/Disappointed
A little disappointed with this potty chair. We bought this so our son would have an easier time being an independent potty user but sadly, not the case with this chair.We have a standard toilet and we’re using the shorter toilet attachments for the ladder. The real issue is there is a gap between the toilet seat and potty seat so when our son pees, it shoots between the two and gets pee everywhere. The splash guard is kind of pointless at that point. Also, if you slightly bump into the splash guard, it knocks off and falls straight into the toilet. We considered super glueing it to fix that problem though.This is not exactly ideal for new toilet users. There’s awkward maneuvering around the splash guard to sit on the seat and trying not to knock it off is hard. For a small child, it’s frustrating and difficult to put the guard back on themselves.I think we may stick to our potty cushion we originally bought & stash this away for the time being.

Great portable training potty
Great portable training potty. We even take it with us when we travel. Makes it so nice so he doesn’t touch the toilet because it has side handles for them to hold.

Does not stop peeing in the air or on the floor.
Extremely poor design for peeing! This was not kid tested.Cons:Pee guard: false off, does not block overshoot, and does not block peeing between seat and bowl.Pros: ladder is great and its very sturdy and fits my tall toilet.See my pics for improvements i made that work perfectly. My lower pee guard is much longer than need be. 3 inches would be enough I think. I used 1 screw to hold pee guard and lower shield in place. I epoxied the upper pee guard which is a cup I cut.

Awesome product!
I love this product. My daughter lives it too! I just wish they made it in pink. Having this has encouraged my daughter to use the potty on her own more often.
