Gotu Kola is a herb that I've been using for the past few years. If I am making pills, I'll grind it up in my Vitamix. I usually make tea and mix it with other herbs. It's great and I am glad that they have it, sometimes they don't. The thing with herbs is that you never know what kind of season it's going to be and yes there can be stems. I have had that with a few other distributors, or even at my local herbal shop. It works just as fine.

I have had this tea for a few weeks now drinking it now and again. So today after I brewed my tea and strained it I found a piece of gold plated chain in it. So disgusting. And, this is supposed to be organic cut and sifted? Can't return it since I got it Nov.3 last year. Now LL have to search through all the herbs that I buy.
