The difference between a "Gift" card and a "Credit" card
The product is fine . It was the offer of a "Gift" cart that was a problem. A "gift" card has a finite value which is paid for in advance. When that value is reached by the user it is no longer usable. You were in fact offering a "credit" card as I realized when asked for my SS number and my annual income. Also there is no interest rate on a Gift card. I hope your people are aware of this issue.Thank you,David Beling.

Good history
Find it so full of information and kind of hard to keep intrigued... but full of good history

great information, needs organized
A lot of information, but I feel like some historical aspects were heavier than necessary while others could be elaborated on. Also, when looking for information I felt like I was jumping all around. New organization of the material could be beneficial

some useful and provocative tidbits can be gleaned here and there
Sadly, but not surprisingly, this is a uncritical hagiography of nurse-midwifery. More self-promotion than history, but then again, the authors are not historians. By titling it "A History of Midwifery" is an ironic act of appropriation. And "Fear not?" So much of the profession's leadership has acted from a place of fear--fear of offending the almighty father, organized medicine, above all. Still, some useful and provocative tidbits can be gleaned here and there.

History written by people who have lived it, shaped it, and been shaped by it.
History written by people who have lived it. A critical read for anyone in maternity care or women's health.
