Nice but string attachment on large ring detached from ring itself
It's a nice chandelier not sure if the crystals are real but they look nice and definitely not plastic. Only problem and I'm trying to reach out to the customer service through email and telephone number provided by.Amazon. Hopefully they will respond. One of the strings is off on the large ring. Hopefully I will have some type of resolution and I will update the review.Update was able to fix and their customer service was super fast to respond and very helpful. Love itKent

Waste of money burns out after 15 minutes of use
Used 3 times for 5 minutes and then largest ring stopped working. When you adjust the strings the pattern doesn’t stay adjusted the strings loosen up and throw the pattern off so it never looks correct. Don’t waste your money you will be disappointed. It’s heavy so it’s a lot of work to put up and a lot of work to take down not worth taking it down packing it up and trying to send it back plus it’s beyond Amazons 30 day return policy. Are they buy it if you want it as a crystal figure with no lights and the cost is too much for that.Bulds are not replaceable.

The media could not be loaded. Horrible quality. Dimmer does not work. Electrician advised me to take it down, it’s been installed for less then 24 hours. Continues to flicker.
