Good product and company
This product seemed to help a little but didn't cure my bladder infection. Why the 5 star rating? I do think this is a good product and it should work if your infection is caused by e coli as most bladder infections are. I would also suggest taking lots of probiotics to help your immune system fight the infection as well as washing your behind with soap every time you poop. My doctor verified that I had several pathogens causing my infection. The companies customer service is very good. The owner, Ellen, responded to my email quickly even though it was her day off. I was experiencing the worst UTI of my life and was very happy to get a quick response. When this product didn't really work for me the company refunded my money, no problem. So give it a try- you have nothing to lose.

Just started using this product and hoping for the best! Powder is very fine and seems like jar will last a good while! Called supplier of product to ask a few questions and he was very helpful! Thankful for the good reviews on Amazon which lead me to initial order!

It works!
After suffering with chronic UTIs for seventeen years, I finally found this stuff. It works. And the beauty of it is that you can use it as a preventative. You don't have to wait until you have a full blown UTI so that a doctor will treat you. And you don't need antibiotics that mess up your digestive tract. Great stuff. It literally changed my life.

Made from corn
I failed to see that the d-mannose is derived from corn (non-GMO). Corn is an absolute no-no when you have any kind of chronic virus because the virus feeds on corn and other substances. Sad that I cannot return it. It is very expensive.

It works!
I am delighted with this product. When I first tried it, I had been through two rounds of antibiotics for a UTI, and the UTI still lingered. I really did not want to go for a third round of antibiotics. So I tried D-Mannose powder from the Wellness Partners. I used it exactly as directed on the tub and my UTI was gone in 3 days. I detected improvement by the end of the first day. I am now taking the prophylactic dose, and hope never to have a UTI again. For anyone worried about how sweet the powder is - since D-Mannose is a simple sugar - it is barely sweet at all. Dissolved in water (as directed), you can barely taste it.

It works for UTI
Used for klebsiella pneumoniae bacteria. A lot like e coli but worse. Hard to get rid of once it's in the kidneys. This product worked when many others didn't. I have another source in the UK but it takes so long to get here. I use both of them. This product definitely worked when I got real sick. Not all d-mannose is created equal. I use about a half teaspoon with a smidge of water several times a day to keep it away. I try to stay on a pretty good diet with mostly vegetables some meat and some dairy. I stay away from carbs and sugar. I'm trying really hard to kill this bacteria. It makes me so very sick. Vomiting and running a fever inside my body. Doctors just put me on antibiotics and it comes back with a vengeance. I highly reccomend this product.

Miracle in a jar! Keeps the bladder infections away!
Love this stuff! I’ve been prone to bladder infections most of my life and they are miserable. I hated taking antibiotics because they always made me sick. I wish I knew about D-Mannose years ago. I make sure I’m always stocked up on this. It works great as a preventative and has also stopped bladder infections when caught in the early stages.
