Long Haired Ragdoll Cat - Stuffed Animal Therapy for People with Memory Loss from Aging and Caregivers

Recently, I had to put my mom's cat, of 11 years, to sleep. She has dementia and was so heart broken. Then I thought of looking for a stuffed cat and found this one. Item was as described. Almost the exact color as my mom's cat. So soft and cuddly. My mom was extremely happy and so was I. I walk past her bedroom and sometimes think the stuffed cat is her real cat.

My only two problems with this product were the fact that I needed to clean up some dried glue along the seams and that this is the same product as the Douglas Kiki Cat (sold by Douglas) which you can get for about $10 less. There are tags to prove it is the same brand. They simply cut off the large Douglas brand name (sewn on tag) but the other tag left on clearly states the Douglas brand name. Look closely. The Memorable Pets cat seems to be just a touch larger and this particular one is lying on it's right side when facing you. The Douglas cat is a bit smaller and it lies more on it's left side/stomach. It's head turning more towards the left. I'm not sure it they're all made differently but that's how these two are sewn. Overall, besides the price difference, these are both cute, fluffy cat toys. You're able to move them but they do have a fixed position. They're soft and slightly floppy. I think they're pretty adorable considering. Yes, the faces aren't perfect but it's really not that bad. I think my niece's will like them. I know my cat did.

Gift for sister who has rag doll cats.

I bought this for our memory care unit. It is soft and small/medium sized. Nicer than the dog we bought but I still don’t know if it’s worth the price of the item

Perfect. Wanted a 3-D memory of my late 18 year old cat. Coloring is different but the fur is just like hers. Also, she is so soft and huggable, am thinking this cat would be very huggable for youngsters. Am very pleased.

I love this cat..feels real and is adorable.

It's okay. We bought it for a neighbor with serious memory issues who misses her pets. She takes it to bed with her. Very soothing.

My 3-year-old great niece loves "Daisy." She has outdoor cats, but told me she wanted a "kitty cat" she could take to bed with her. This was her favorite Christmas present this year. Sorry, Santa!
