Works great and flow nice
Works exactly as expected. One bottle, filled with 300 ml filtered water and one packet or scoop of saline gives a good rinse to my nasal passages. The on/off switch on the bottom is great. Just press it once to start flow (and again to stop). Doesn't require holding in the entire time you are cleaning your nasal passage.Of course, you have to hold your head slightly bent forward over a sink.Really helped cleanse and clear out my nasal passages during the winter - don't wake up coughing from filled nose in morning. Also came with a small nasal sprayer that is convenient to use during the day.

I don’t how I manage all my life without this
This is a great thing I will recommend to everyone, the right thing to do is to buy the box of cleanser powers sackets, it has the right combination and dosage for one bottle of solution. It cleans and keep your airways (at least the nose) free of stuff, once every two days is enough for me.Great product, easy to use, fill it up, put the nozzle in your nostril and push the button on top and let it run.

It did what I was expecting
Hello, I can't speak for all use cases, because I am using it to decrease my coronavirus infection risk. I don't have any sinus issues at the moment, I'm just using this to clean any germs out of my nose.First of all, I am not a doctor, so I can't comment on whether this thing actually can help you against the coronavirus threat. What I can say is that the idea is that if the virus gets into your nose, there is a purely theoretical possibility that it can be washed out of your nose before it takes hold. Does it work? I certainly can't say. What I can comment on is the user experience. I heated up some distilled water to slightly above body temperature, confirmed that it wasn't too hot, and then added 500 mL to the bottle (to fill it up). Then I added 1 tsp. of fine grained Himalayan salt (No one in their right mind would recommend this particular variety of salt for this purpose, it's what they had at the store) and mixed it thoroughly. Then I put my head above the bathtup, attached the stem and nozzle, and tilted my head sideways so that my nose was pointed to my right.I put the nozzle to my right nostril (the one that's higher than the other when my head is sideways pointed right) and pressed the button on the bottom of the bottle which allows air to flow into the bottle as water flows out the top. (The bottle is pointed upside down at this point, so imagining this may be difficult.) I felt the warm salty water flow into my right nostril, and was seized by a moment of fear from the fact that I may be accidentally waterboarding myself. It felt strange, and very salty, but after a second water did start to flow out my other nostril (instead of drowning me). I cautiously allowed myself to breathe through my mouth while warm liquid flowed through my nose into the bathtub. After I was sure I had done enough, I clicked the bottle's button again to stop the flow of water, and pointed my head back down towards the bathtub so I could blow the water out of my nose. There was more in there than I expected, but once I overcame the initial trepidation, it was actually kind of fun in a strange way. I did it a couple more times for practice and used up all of the rest of the water. I think I will try using less salt in the future.I didn't end up needing to squeeze the bottle (since 500 mL weight produces plenty of pressure it turns out) and I don't expect that I would even if my sinuses were seriously clogged (they weren't).Would I recommend it to someone else? Probably not, because if they drowned themselves I wouldn't want to feel responsible. On the other hand, if you're already committed to trying this out, this product is fully featured and has everything you could ask for for less than $10.I'm totally satisfied with my purchase. And if it turns out that it also helps with allergies or colds, so much the better.
