A huge help for starting my Keto journey!
So far this book has been an invaluable start to my Keto diet journey. I was not quite sure where to start with the Keto diet, but this book made it easy by laying out a 21-Day Meal Plan. It will take you day by day showing what you should make and eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It makes all of this not feel so overwhelming! And the recipes have been really good so far! I especially liked the Bacon, Chicken & Tomato Stuffed Avocado on day 2. In addition to the Meal Plan there are over 800 different keto recipes to choose from.

Lots of Great Recipes
There are a huge number of recipes in this book. The ones I've tried worked out well.On the down side, there is no index, so if you are looking for a particular recipe or ingredient, you will need to use the Table Of Contents and then check the recipe. Directions are brief, but that is fine if you have experience cooking. If you like pictures, there really aren't any, but the space is used for more recipes, which is fine with me.

Great recipes, no pics, but 800 recipes and meal prep.
Great recipes. Note, some recipes missing info... Pg 26 Cheesy Spinach Puffs. No spinach in recipe. I did try to find author, site. Not avbl. Overall I would recommend to buy.

Not all Keto. Poorly edited.
I received this book today and took the time to go page by page to look at every recipe.Looking at the nutritional info and ingredients. The book does not provide info if they are stating net carbs or not. They do not provide a fiber count so it leads me to think it’s net.The books seems to be written by two or more individuals. One that has a good working knowledge of Keto and uses appropriate replacements for flours and sugars. The other seems to have forgotten this was a Keto cookbook. There are probably at least 50-100 recipes that are well about 10g of carbs per serving. Some recipes as high as ¡60! grams PER SERVING. They had potatoes and flours and corn starch and sugars. No attempt at reasonable replacements. The good news is you can make those replacements and still have a decent recipe.I also found about 50 or so recipes with no nutritional info at all. There are no pictures. The recipes are smashed together several on a page and there was a lack of proofing for where a page break should land. There are often one line trailers or starters that is the name of a recipe but all other details on a different page. There are also editing inconsistencies in font size and the order of the nutritional info. Sometimes it is calories, carbs... other times calories, fats, carbs...The meal plan at the back seems to be a collection of the better, actual Keto recipes. There are a lot of recipes that look wonderful and do meet the Keto lifestyle. But to call it a Keto cookbook and then have so many off plan recipes it would easily lead someone unfamiliar with what Keto should be off plan.I would not recommend it to a Keto beginner.
