Good as expected

Originally tried putting the phone side mounting plate under my case and found it wouldn't stay. As soon as I put it on the case it stuck perfectly. It would be nice if they gave you some contoured mounts for your dash but I understand that the magnet makes that difficult. The phone side mount also sticks solidly to my otter box rubber Case.

Quality, heavy built, strong magnet.Best mount I’ve used..Only problem is Doesn’t allow wireless charging on iPhone to work.

Easy to use. Easy to move from vehicle to vehicle. A bit over priced but it beats the magnets on all the others

On dash of ATV works well and for selfies any steel surfaces excellent

I have ordered this product in the past multiple times to install in my company's fleet of trucks for its reliability and functionality. However I have now received three in a row that arrived broken beyond repair. It appears as though the spring is so strong that it is causing the outer shell to burst open and shatter into splintered pieces that would be impossible to glue back together, forcibly breaking apart all of the individual hardware pieces that combine to make the mounting system. I received one in this condition and then ordered two more in the hopes that they would arrive in tact but was disappointed to find that they arrived broken in the same way, rendering them completely unusable. I am not sure if they are breaking in transit or perhaps even at the time of the original build or packaging because of the overexertion of the spring, but this issue should certainly be brought to the manufacturer's attention. I have attached pictures of all three mounts I received that were broken.
