Sturdy and solid
Solid build and heavy, I've had no problems with them during assembly except the one top plate needs to be held as you screw it on or it will come off at an angle, I use them for my m-audio bx5 d2's studio monitor speakers which holds with a slight lip either side but holds the speakers well, great value for money and a great product, would recommend.

Excellent - can't fault 'em
I was extremely reluctant to spend £70 on other alternatives, which, as far as I can tell are identical to these. All I wanted was a pair of reasonably priced speaker stands to support my Adam A7 monitors, that looked smart (these have a nice, non-distracting matt black metal finish) and were robustly made. I have a small desk for my studio equipment, so it was important that the stands had a single central pillar, as opposed to the square/4-pole construction of other, way more expensive brands (which, incidentally, are made of plastic). It means my interface can sit nicely underneath - an obvious point, but important to me.They arrived next day, were dead simple to put together (and all joints were flush), and seem very well made. They do have a rubber, non-slip layer which is fine for anti-slip purposes, but I also use Aurelex Isolation pads for extra height and isolation (the stands sit 12cm/4.74" above desktop, so I'd suggest calculating how high your monitors need to be in order to get tweeter at ear level for optimum accuracy, these might be too short for some).I've had mine up for several months now, and I can say with confidence that for £30 they really exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend...

Simply and sturdy
I bought these speaker stands to raise up my Q Acoustics 3020 speakers on my desk. They do the job really well because they're a great fit for the 3020's and raise them up to around ear height and effectively free-up space on my desk, because I can fit bits and pieces below the speakers. They're solid metal and feel reassuringly weighty and sturdy, and they're very easy to put together with the supplied allen key. The top surface has a grippy rubber layer applied to it. I love this because it not only cuts down on vibrations that would otherwise be transmitted through the stands to my desk, but also helps prevent the speakers from slipping off.In terms of value for money, I think they could be a little cheaper, since the premise and construction are, afterall, quite simple.

Sturdy Speaker Stands
Wanted to lift my Studio Monitors off my desk a little to direct better to my ear for editing. These a sturdy and match the colours in my office. I have the speakers on foam and this works well also on the stands. Easy assembly, solid materials. Perhaps a tad costly for what they are, but what ain't the days :) , they do the job so no grumbles.

Simple, great quality, and work well - perfect for a desk set up
Needed to raise a pair of bookshelf speakers a little on my desktop setup. Looked at all the options and most of them were just to flimsy and looked pretty terrible.Took a chance on these and couldn't be happier, really well made and very easy to assemble, big sturdy base and everything is heavy and rock solid.I have a normal sized bookshelf speaker (Dali Spektor 2) on these and they fit really well on the large topped version.Puts the speakers at the right height, great sound, and keeps the vibrations off the desk - all the things I was looking for, would 100% recommend.
